“Who is it?” The voice was small. I looked at the door knob, expecting to see another person besides my own reflection looking back at me on the copper surface. We bolted through the living area. I watched baffled as the walls jumped out of the way clearing the space to the front door. Kendra and I stayed in the kitchen discussing the other people that Astrid had gathered. She had apparently nearly been killed by several of the decks, or people of the cards. They lived in the southern parts of Wonderland, and you could tell what family they were from by how they looked and what they wore. The Bicycles were a people who used technology to create the most fantastic machines and weapons. They were working on a machine that would keep the caterpillars in a sleep-state to keep them from eating the mushrooms before they were able. The Hoyle’s were a darker race. Very gloomy. They lived in the rainier parts of the Card lands.

The world was now too bright for human eyes. Or at least that’s what I thought. The path I had stepped out of was interesting. It wasn’t made out of concrete, but little random stones and license plates, and some bits of colored bottles and other things. The greenery was everywhere the path was not. The room seemed to make my vision grey, because the lack of pink was shocking. All the walls were a different shade of blue. It made it go from the best summer day to the darkest winter night. this is the best i've felt in weeks! i have friends around who actually give a fuck and i have family who isn't currantly driving me crazy, now that thanksgiving is over,and i'm dating a really great guy. and we are taking it slow! which is nice cause lets face it, me and the other arse went a little too far a little too fast and hell no i will not do that again!!! so. i am awesome, i am doing awesome, and the awesomness will continue until i deem it un worthy. so there. damn it. HA!
